Privacy Policy
This policy explains how E & F Associates S.R.L., a company registered in Bolivia with Tax ID (NIT) / Commercial Registry (SEPREC) No. 555134028 and registered address at Calle Los Ambaibos No. 81, El Remanso 3, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia ("Alexandra Trust", "we", "us") processes personal data. It covers two groups: our customers, and the people who appear in public sources included in reports.
1. Customers
We collect account data (name, email, organisation, country), usage data (searches, reports, credits), technical data (IP address, device and log data) and support communications. Payment data is collected and processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record; we do not store card numbers.
We use this data to provide the Service, secure accounts, prevent abuse, bill through Paddle, send service messages and comply with law. The legal bases are performance of contract, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement) and legal obligation. Marketing emails are sent only with consent and can be stopped at any time.
2. People who appear in reports
Reports contain information about companies and individuals taken from public sources: official registries, courts, gazettes, regulators, sanctions lists and news media. We process it for the legitimate interest of our customers in knowing their business counterparties and preventing fraud, corruption, sanctions breaches and money laundering.
We limit this processing to information relevant to business due diligence. We do not collect home addresses, travel history, family dossiers or private account content, and we do not use facial recognition. Criminal-record information is included only where published by the competent authority and permitted by the applicable law.
3. Your rights and corrections
Anyone — customer or person appearing in a report — may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of their personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@alexandratrust.com. We answer within 30 days. Where a source has corrected or removed a record, we update or delete our copy. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, database, email delivery, AI processing, payments through Paddle), with professional advisers, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. Retention
Customer data is kept while the account is active and for up to 5 years after closure for legal and accounting purposes. Report data is kept for the period needed to provide the Service and is refreshed or removed when the original source changes.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, two-factor authentication for staff, logging of administrative access and regular backups. Customer reports are not used to train AI models.
8. Cookies
We use only cookies needed to run the Service and keep you signed in, and a preference for light or dark mode stored in your browser.
